Aorist Tense

2. Aorist Imperative
    
   The accent in verbs is recessive, i.e. tends to move as far as possible towards the front of the verb. There are only 5 exceptions to this rule, the last syllable is stressed/pitched in the 2nd aorist singular of
    
   

   ἔρχομαι   εὑρίσκω   λαμβάνω     λέγω   ὁράω
