As the opening picture shows, nothing seems to be happening. For the moment we are sailing across a tranquil sea, let's see what lies in store. There is a little break in the story, describing the ship and what was going on onboard. Mainly to provide context for the "grammar" section.

So what's new grammar-wise? Not much, really, since I introduced the imperfect earlier on, so this should just be a revision of "seen" usage:
