ἐπίσταμαι I know

 

Like δύναμαι has a stem ending in α and just adds endings straight to this stem, with no thematic vowel ε or ο inserted between stem and endings.
(except that the 2nd person singular imperfect ἠπίστασο can also contract to ἠπίστω)
