Only masculine and neuter nominative/accusative have special forms.
All other forms are declined as if much were a regular adjective called πολ[λός], πολλή, πολ[λόν]. There is no vocative singular of course, when would you use: "Eh, much, come here!"?
and the vocative plural is always the same as the nominative plural.
